- Wash all windows and glass inserts both interior and exterior. Including all patio sliding doors. Inclusive to the removal of all paint from windows and glass.
- Wipe clean all wall tile and bathroom fixtures and remove any paint marks.
- Vacuum all carpeted areas.
- Washing of all interior flooring.(Tiled).
- Mop all hardwood area with approved hardwood cleaner.
- Remove all paint marks on flooring, glass, mirror and fixtures.
- Dust & wiping clean the furnace, laundry tub, and hot water tank.
- Vacuum clean and wipe all heat ducts and vents.
